The SKF THAP 400E air-driven hydraulic pump can be used for mounting and dismounting SKF OK Couplings, large pressure joints such as bearings, flywheels, couplings and railway wheels, and similar applications for pressures up to 400 MPa (58,000 psi). The unit consists of a hydraulic pump driven by an air motor, supplied in a sturdy case with oil suction and return hoses with quick connect couplings. SKF Mounting and Dismounting fluids are recommended for use with the THAP 400E.
